The units were neat with comfy beds. the staff is superfriendly and exceptionally accommodating. - the setting is marvellous and ideal, just off desert castles, local shopping centre and boulevard and Abdally mall.

Had recently refurbished room with private bathroom and central heating, an individual safe, and flat-screen television. This hotel was set in a central area near to the center of Amman and Abdally mall Which are fun for family.

Staff were very helpful. Great food. Clean room. They gave me a free room upgrade. The Toledo is a warm, friendly, safe and relaxing place to stay in a pleasant part of the city. I would recommend it. All the staff spoke good English. They have a taxi service to the airport which is helpful.
